With a lot of engagement I counsel and represent my mandators in civil legal matters and administrative legal matters in Italian courts.

My force is the administrative law, particularly the regional planning and development as well as the building law.

I cover all legal areas and legal fields of activity which are important for private, but also for freelances and enterprises: from the recovery of outstanding amounts, marriage separation or divorce and law of succession, proprietary legal matters up to traffic accidents or tutelages.

By a skilled, competent consultation I help you with heart and represent you in the courtroom. Besides, I support you to find a solution also beyond the courtroom: in comparative talks, mediations and quarrel arbitrations.

Born in 1985 in Merano, I grow up in Vöran/Verano. After quick end of the study of the Italian right at the Universities of Innsbruck (Austria) and Padova (Italy), in 2004-2008, I act in the municipal court and land court in Innsbruck (Austria). By training periods in the area of the legal advice with the consumer advice centre South Tirol and the European consumer centre Bolzano and at the public prosecutor's office Bolzano (2009) I get to know the “juridical world” better. 

At the same time I also finish the doctorate degree (PhD) at the university of Innsbruck, where I specialized me in civil law, European right and comparitive law. 

During the participation in the ability course for local secretary's candidates in 2011 , I discover my preferred field of activity, the administrative law. 

I got experiences, besides, also as a member of the local committee and district council as well as the construction commission in Vöran/Verano.

Since my traineeship and also after the existence of the lawyer's check in the years from 2015 to 2018, I work in an office in Merano, specialized in civil law and administrative law.

I am registered in the lawyer's register of the Province Bozen/Bolzano as well as in the list of the female members of the Board of Directors in South Tyrol (data bank Aministra).
